Three trades, self-performed.
We install structured cabling, racks and cabinets with our own crews, and we test and certify what we install. Everything below is work we do ourselves, which is why one company answers for the schedule and for the punch list.
STRUCTURED CABLING & PATHWAYS
Structured Cabling & Pathways
Copper and fiber pulled and dressed across full pathway runs, with the labeling and termination work that decides whether a cable plant reads as installed or as tangled.
Scope of work
- Copper (Cat6/Cat6A) and fiber cable pulling
- Cable tray, basket tray and pathway support install
- Termination, patch panel dressing and labeling
- Firestop and pathway penetration coordination
- Moves, adds and changes (MAC) cabling work
RACK, CABINET & EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
Rack, Cabinet & Equipment Installation
Rack and cabinet set, power and cable management, and the levelling work that turns a floor plan into equipment a technician can actually service.
Scope of work
- Rack and cabinet set, levelling and anchoring
- Equipment mounting and in-rack cable management
- Power whip and PDU coordination
- Hot/cold aisle containment install
- Rack and cabinet MACs, decommission and retrofit
TESTING, CERTIFICATION & DOCUMENTATION
Testing, Certification & Documentation
Certification testing and as-built documentation — the deliverable that gets inspected first because it is the only proof of what is actually behind the wall.
Scope of work
- Copper and fiber certification testing
- Labeling verification and as-built records
- Punch-list resolution and remediation
- Documentation deliverables at closeout
- Retrofit and MAC testing / re-certification
What we do not do
We do not perform electrical or mechanical work. We coordinate with the trades that do. Listing work we would have to sub out would tell you nothing about what we can hold.
The same three trades, at facility scale.
A single cable run and a full data-hall build-out are different problems. The trade skill is identical; the sequencing, staging and closeout are not.
