01 / WHAT WE INSTALL
Three trades, self-performed.
We install cabinets, storage systems and finish carpentry with our own crews. Everything below is work we do ourselves, which is why one company answers for the schedule and for the punch list.
KITCHEN CABINETS
Kitchen Cabinets
Cabinet set and alignment across full unit runs, with the finish work that decides whether a kitchen reads as installed or as fitted.
Scope of work
- Base, wall and tall cabinet set
- Levelling, scribe and filler work
- Hardware, pulls and soft-close adjustment
- Appliance-adjacent fit and panel work
- Toe kick, light rail and crown

CLOSET & STORAGE SYSTEMS
Closet & Storage Systems
Walk-in systems, reach-in conversions and the storage that turns a square-footage number into something a resident can actually use.
Scope of work
- Walk-in and reach-in systems
- Wire and wood shelving
- Drawer banks, hanging and shoe storage
- Pantry, linen and utility storage
- Garage and back-of-house storage walls
- Wall backing and anchor verification

DOORS, TRIM & FINISH CARPENTRY
Doors, Trim & Finish Carpentry
Interior doors, casing and base — the trade that gets inspected first because every joint in it is at eye level.
Scope of work
- Interior door hang and hardware
- Casing, base and shoe
- Crown and applied moulding
- Built-in shelving and millwork
- Closet doors and bypass systems
- Punch-list millwork and repair

Scope lists describe the work. Photographs show the standard it is held to.
What we do not do
We do not lay flooring, or perform plumbing or electrical work. We coordinate with the trades that do. Listing work we would have to sub out would tell you nothing about what we can hold.

The same three trades, at building scale.
A single kitchen and two hundred kitchens are different problems. The trade skill is identical; the sequencing, staging and closeout are not.

Send us a scope.
Drawings, a unit count and a target date are enough for us to tell you what is realistic.
