This page describes what this website actually does. It is short because the site does very little: it serves pages, it counts page views without identifying you, and it emails us an enquiry if you choose to send one.
What the contact form collects
If you submit the contact form, we receive what you typed into it — your name, your email address, and any company, role, phone number, location, unit count, timeline and message you chose to provide.
That information arrives as an email. It is not written to a database on this website, and this website has no login, no account and no stored customer record.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone marketing to you.
The email is delivered through Resend, an email service provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are read. It sets no cookie, stores no advertising identifier, and does not follow you to other websites.
There is no third-party tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recording on this site. That is why you are not being asked to accept cookies — there are none to accept.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs — including IP addresses — for a limited period as part of operating and securing the service.
The contact form applies a short-term, in-memory rate limit keyed on IP address to prevent automated abuse. Nothing from it is retained.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and then deleted.
Asking us about your information
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will action it.
